Sales Tax for BIC & Souvenir pens
With the exception of orders shipped to Missouri, All orders are tax-free.
Return authorization is required from Cheetah Printing for any returned merchandise. We cannot refund or exchange used Golf Balls, Pens
or special order merchandise. Once you have used or played new items, or have used the product, it is no longer considered new merchandise.
Please email or call prior to returning any merchandise. Call 1-800-500-8561. Cheetah Printing will refund only the full purchase amount for
unused products. Refunding for merchandise is at the sole discretion of Cheetah Printing. Any item that has been personalized and cannot be resold
or refurbished for resale will not be refunded if we find the reason for return is frivolous or without proper justification or reason. All shipping and
handling fees will be excluded from any refund given.
grievances that would not warrant a refund or replacement:
1.) Just not exactly what I expected.
2.) Color of product is not exactly what I though it would look like, or does not exactly match the picture
shown on the website.
3.) Product was not delivered on time.
4.) The layout of the imprint that I approved doesn't look good now that I see it on the actual product.
These are just a few examples of possible grievances that would not constitute a refund or replacement. We are very easy to work with and if you
have a problem with the products that you received, we will do whatever we can to make it right.
All products purchased from Cheetah Printing are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. If you have any other question, please email
or call 1-800-500-8561. In the event that your golf balls, pens or special purchase item is defective (within 30 days of purchase) we will have your
defective product picked up by UPS or FedEx (No Charge). Cheetah Printing will then ship replacement products UPS or FedEx ground service
(No Charge). After 30 days has expired, you are responsible for the shipping and handling fees for returning your defective merchandise to
Cheetah Printing for warranty service. Once your return is received, we will replace your purchased products with a new product in accordance
with the golf ball or pen manufacture's warranty policy.Cheetah Printing will then ship your replacement products to you UPS or FedEx ground
service free of charge.
